TETHER YOUR BLACKBERRY SUBSCRIPTION ON PC

I know it took me this long to add to the list but I must confess, I’ve been busy of late not too busy for you (guys) but battling with paramount issues. Thanks for your understanding.
Without wasting much of our time, let me quickly state the requirements
i .                 A Personal Computer (which might be a laptop or desktop)
     ii.                 A blackberry Smartphone
iii.              USB cable or Bluetooth hardware or Wireless network card
iv.              Tether Software (Both PC and Mobile versions)
Note:
For the sake of this write up, I will silent the wireless connectivity aspect for further purpose because I want us to experimentize it with the lowest Smartphone so that we get familiar with its procedures before advancing.
Set up
At this juncture, I believe you have a clean and safe operating system post-loaded machine, running at its original speed, if not kindly click here to know how to make your pc run as new.
Procedures:
     1.     Visit here, download the tether.exe file, the “exe” simply means executable format file (programmers knows better), once the downloading is complete, install it on your PC, it might get to a stage when it ask whether you have install it on your Smartphone as well, no worries, just visit http://tether.com/t/tether.jad on your phone browser and you can/must download and install it on the phone
Now continue with the installation on your PC, it will install tap…network interface and seek your permission to continue, continue the installation and am sure it will install your phone drivers so no need to ask/look for drivers, launch both the PC and phone version of the installed application, if it opens, Congrat! otherwise, uninstall and re-install.
    2.     Insert your registered Glo sim card into your phone, boot it up and text your preferred BB subscription code to 777 e.g BBCMONTH to 777 for 3Gbs/31days @ #1,000
It will then changes status to big 3G with blackberry logo beside network strength.
Note:
It’s advisable to check whether it might work on your phone or not before going for a large bandwidth, so I recommend a day subscription to check the status of the 3G reception and if your PC speed is fast enough. I want to believe all went through.
     3.     Launch tether on your phone, it will pop up a dial up showing options such as “How would you like to connect”
i.                   USB
ii.                 Bluetooth
iii.              Quit
Choose your preferred mode of connection, it should show the followings:
a.     Connection: USB (If you choose USB) or Bluetooth (If its Bluetooth connect you choose)
b.     Pin: Here it shows your BB pin
c.      License: If the network is good, it should show “Trial”
d.     Packets: 0 up, 0 down
e.      Status: Device must be connected to PC by USB cable or Bluetooth depending on the mode chosen.
Open tether on your PC, it will ask the same question in step 3, choose appropriately, so it show similar dial-up box on PC as well. Connect your cable or Bluetooth with PC and phone, immediately the last sub-item will changes its status to connected and both packets begins counts.
Open your PC browser, without delay or tweaking, visit all your desire websites and download according to your BB plan because if you don’t remember your bandwidth, Glo and tether will remind you when you exhaust it, lolz. Enjoy it while it last.
